1. Role of EventNStay as an Aggregator / Platform

EventNStay operates as an online travel agency and facilitator aggregating accommodation options (hotels, resorts, homestays, banquet stay facilities) and event travel services. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, EventNStay acts as an intermediary between you (the "User" or "Guest") and third-party service providers ("Third-Party Vendors" such as hotel operators, transport drivers, and venue managers).

2. User Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable laws to use our Services.
• When creating an account or submitting a booking request, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Booking Terms & Confirmation

• Booking Vouchers: A booking is considered confirmed only after full or agreed partial advance payment is received, and a formal Booking Confirmation Voucher is issued via email from info@eventnstay.com.
• Event & Group Bookings: For bulk or event-related stay bookings, specific terms (such as payment timelines, guest lists, and room allocation schedules) outlined in the custom quotation or event contract shall apply in conjunction with these Terms.
• Check-in Requirements: Guests must present valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License) upon check-in at the property. PAN cards are generally not accepted as address proof by partner hotels.

4. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

• All prices displayed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise, and are subject to applicable taxes (including GST).
• EventNStay reserves the right to modify service fees or correct pricing errors on the Site. In the event of a pricing error on a confirmed reservation, we will notify you and offer the option to maintain the booking at the corrected price or cancel without penalty.
• Payments are processed securely through certified third-party payment gateways. EventNStay does not store raw credit/debit card details.

5. Cancellation, Modifications & Refunds

• Property Policy Applicable: Cancellation policies vary depending on the hotel property, room type, peak event dates, and customized event packages.
• Cancellation Requests: Cancellation requests must be submitted directly via the Site or emailed to info@eventnstay.com. Refunds, if applicable, will be calculated strictly based on the specific policy detailed on your Booking Voucher.
• Non-Refundable Tariffs: Special event dates, peak season bookings, and promotional rates marked as "Non-Refundable" cannot be refunded or modified once booked.
• Refund Processing Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, subject to processing bank schedules.

6. Check-in, Check-out & Property Rules

• Standard check-in and check-out times are specified in the booking confirmation. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and direct charges by the property vendor.
• Guests must adhere to all rules, regulations, and policies enforced by the property management, including noise restrictions, visitor policies, and smoking regulations.
• Property management reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate the stay of guests displaying improper conduct or violating local laws.

7. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Site or Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
• Make fraudulent, speculative, or false reservations.
• Use automated scrapers, bots, or data extraction tools on the Site without written consent.
• Damage, disable, or impair the proper working of the Site or its underlying infrastructure.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, domain names (including eventnstay.com), design elements, and software associated with EventNStay are the exclusive property of EventNStay or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Site for personal, non-commercial booking purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EventNStay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

EventNStay is not liable for errors, omissions, injuries, property damage, delays, or disruptions caused by Third-Party Vendors, natural disasters, weather events, government actions, or event cancellations beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EventNStay, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, violation of third-party rights, or improper conduct during stays organized through our platform.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.

12. Modifications to Terms

EventNStay reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be published on the Site with a revised "Effective Date." Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
